Creative Reset – Attention & Creative Regulation Lab
A structured workshop designed to reduce mental overload and restore cognitive clarity through attention exercises, sensory perception, and material creation.
This is not an art class.
This is not spiritual practice.
This is not therapy.
It is an experimental protocol inspired by cognitive psychology, neuroergonomics, and attention-focused design methods.
